Step 1: To capture an image of an active screen, refer to the figure and press【Print Screen】(some keyboards have the button as【Prnt Scrn】or【Prt Sc】, please note hot it’s abbreviated on your keyboard.) Once you press it, the screen will not change but will copy the entire image on your screen.



Step 2: Go to【Start】>【All Programs】>【Accessories】>【Paint】as shown below.



Step 3: After starting Paint, select【edit】>【paste】.



Step 4: The captured screen image will be pasted into the Paint window. Go to【File】>【Save as】to save as an image file.
