Step 1: Go to【Start】/【Control Panel】, and select 【Regional and Language Options】 as shown below.



Under“Select a language to match the language version or the non-unicode programs you want to use:”select「Taiwan」or other Chinese language country.



Step 2: Check “Install files for East Asian languages”.
If this item is already checked or blank, continue to the next step.



Step 3: Under “Select an item to match its preferences, or click Customize to choose your own format :” for example, select「Chinese(Taiwan)」.



Step 4: Click on the【Regional Options】 tab, select 「Taiwan」 under “Location”. Restart your computer for the new settings to take effect.
