If an old version of the software is installed on your computer, you must remove the old Penpower software and properly install the new version by following these steps.

Situation 1: Using Windows 2000 or XP

Step 1: Go to 【Start】>【Control Panel】>【Add/Remove Programs】 and remove programs such as Penpower Handwriter, Tablet, or USB Tablet.

Step 2: Restart your computer.

Step 3: Install the new version of Penpower Handwriter software.

Situation 2: Using Windows Vista

Step 1: In【Start】>【Control Panel】>【Programs and Features】remove objects such as Penpower Handwriter and Tablet( or USB Tablet).

Step 2: Restart your computer.

Step 3: Install the new version of Penpower Handwriter software.
